As a registered provider for the NSW Creative Kids program, you can redeem your voucher(s) with us and encourage your child to develop new skills.
How to redeem your NSW Creative Kids Voucher(s)
1. Obtain a NSW Creative Kids voucher as a parent, guardian or carer of a child. You can apply for a voucher here or at any Service NSW branch. To apply you must have a MyServiceNSW account as well as the Medicare card details for your child.
2. Complete the Form at the bottom of this page and follow instructions in submission confirmation.
3. Choose Tuitions Available for Creative Kids Voucher Redemption, and add to cart and proceed to checkout.
Private Tuition (10 Weeks)
4. Apply the Creative Kids discount code at checkout and complete payment.
5. If you haven’t enrolled already, please complete Enrolment Form found here: Enrol
6. Once your vouchers have been verified by Affirmation School of Music and redeemed with Service NSW, we will contact you and confirm the students enrollment.
